The form is near the end of page, it is the horizontal form (there is only one form), if you want to test it use name like “Test” the order of the fields from right to left is name, phone, email, city (you can enter any text)

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I using theme “Hello Elementor” with “Hello Elementor Child” I also have “Twenty Twenty-Five” but it not active, I keeping it because WordPress want it.

It is site I got from other company and still working on it to remove some of plugin, I look about any place I can find about for JS that maybe trigger the sending and didn’t found anything.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Site Kit by Google, Classic Editor and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

OK, it will be hard since it is live site

OK, I created staging site and it appear to be problem with Elementor Pro, do you know about any problem with it? the version is 3.17.1
