form update error

    Good morning

    I created a floating form on the home page, but there is an error when I try to save it (something went wrong…). An unwanted floating form remains on the home page, and I have to deactivate the plugin to remove it!!!

    Hi @plantierj ,

    We appreciate your detailed description of the issue and the screenshot you provided. I have visited your website home page but didn’t find any unwanted floating forms remaining on your website home page. Also, I have tested floating forms on our end and didn’t find such issues on our end.

    In that case, Please make sure your weMail plugin is up to date. Please navigate to weMail > Forms > select all forms and trash them This screenshot will help you understand: https://d.pr/i/wTS2Mn Then clear your web browser cache and create a new floating form and try again. Hope it will work.
