    It’s odd, isn’t it? I know from the user forum for GApps that some people can give public visibility, whilst others are restricted to sharing within domain. So there is inconsistency for sure. Doesn’t seem to be related to paid or unpaid, or date of creation either!

    Marking as resolved. It turns out the Data Validation capabilities of Google Spreadsheets does not prevent bad data from being submitted by a Google Form.
