    Hi. Need some professionalt help

Although I find this plugin being exemplary, I am not satisfied due to this problem

Sometimes (often) the form simply does not show – none existing. Sometimes it does load. I have exluded this page in my plugin WP optimize and tried also to deacticate. Emptying browser cache does not help. I also use Cloudflare but can not find anything abnormal, did not help to pause the website. Use forminator on my other 5 websits without this problem.

Looking forward to a soultion. Have a nice day

    Hi @zappoboy

I hope you are doing well today.

Each site is for sure different as it possibly uses different plugins or themes. In the WP repository, there are over 60,000 plugins and some of them possibly exist on that site. Taking this into account, with each update (Forminator or other plugins) there is a risk of new potential conflicts.

Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except this one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

Apart from this, can you check in your form Behavior settings if the “Load form using AJAX” feature is enabled? If not, enable it and see if that helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Thanks for the quick answers.

I will need to test for a longer period since the probem is intermittent, may be. What I have noticed so far is that when opening the website the problem is there, but the form comes a live after maybe 20 mintues or so

    Have a nice day

Hi, Just dectivated the Ajax as mentioned and sent an email from the form to test. This is what happened:

Warning: Array to string conversion in /home/renovat/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forminator/library/helpers/helper-fields.php on line 1481

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/renovat/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forminator/library/helpers/helper-fields.php:1481) in /home/renovat/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-views-counter/includes/class-counter.php on line 997

The form that I received in my inbox was fully normal.

I have 2 forms on the same page, one bigger and one smaller

Bigger one comes first and is blank

The smaller one comes last and works.

I use Forminator on all my 5 websites, and the plugins are the same in all of them. Will test the plugins anyway.

    Should I rebuild the form?

I tried to deactivate the AJAX. No changes.

I tried to: Prevent page caching on form pages Looks more stable and I will test more often for a period to see if it REALLY works.

Will come back to you if problem solved.

    Hi @zappoboy

Can you test with new form on some test page and see does same issue will happen?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi

All my forms work elsewhere. I have tested it now for 2 days and now the problem seems to have gone. I deactivated the cache option. Now it is loading very slowly but works
