Form VERY slow loading if at all, No payment process

    donor form is not working properly. Originally the form would not load after many many times of plug/unplug/activate/inactivate. now it will/ MAY load very slowly, but the payment (in any form even test) will not process. It just spins, spins and spins.

    HI there,

    I just did a Test Gateway donation and it went through very smoothly. I noticed that when I very first loaded the page it did seem to load kinda slow, but I refreshed the page and then everything loaded really quickly and I had no trouble at all.

    This might be because of caching plugins or server-side caching you have on your site. This doc we wrote can help with troubleshooting caching issues:

    Have you had others test it as well? Also, which gateway are you choosing that is processing very slowly?

    Thank you for that. I will absolutely review the article you mentioned about caching. I did try on my cell and was having the same issue. Maybe you made some magic and all seem to go through smoothly on my desktop, NOW, lol. I will try cell once again.

    I will also begin to put back some of my plugins checking all the way, I stripped it bare to see if there was a conflict with any of the other plugins. Thanks for the quick response.

    I added WP-Optimize to address matters of caching. of course with my luck, it made the green pre-load stall altogether. So I uninstalled it. NOW, my new issue is once the form loads, I get to the payment page and hit the button, the button grays out, and does that way not moving at all.
