Just installed the plugin. I have 3 questions:

    – how do I get my zendesk API key?
    – how do I make the form more than 30px wide?
    – How do I display all the fields that are setup in my zendesk by default? I have not added any fields, but all I see in this form is Your Name, Your Email, Subject, Your Message.

Hi Kevin, thanks for taking the time to give the plugin a try!

how do I get my zendesk API key?

You can generate an API key from your Zendesk dashboard using this guide.

how do I make the form more than 30px wide?

It sounds like your current theme has no default styling for forms. Would you be able to send me a link to the page showing the form? I’ll send you some CSS that can fix it. We may even be able to add some extra styling to the default plugin which could help.

    – How do I display all the fields that are setup in my zendesk by default?

This plugin will only display the minimum number of default fields initially (Name, email, subject, message). You can add any additional fields by using the options under ‘Settings > Zendesk Form’. The options you’ll want to use are highlighted here. Essentially, you would create the custom fields in the plugin settings, then assign the field’s ID from your Zendesk dashboard. Admittedly, we really need to add some guidance/documentation on this process. Hopefully we can create this soon.

If you have any other questions just let me know.

    Phil
