I’ve recently received a complaint from a customer that when they forgot to fill in the state and country field and pressed submit they received a message to correct the fields. This is fine. The problem is after they went back and corrected the fields, the form wouldn’t submit.

Below I recreated this issue. When I press submit, even though the state and country field is filled in, it still tells me I need to fill in the field.

Can you please send me a link to a live form on your site so I can see it in more detail. I can’t see any upcoming webinars. Thanks,

    Hi @santosfel5,

I experienced no problem and I was able to register for your webinar fine even after failing to enter in a state or country and then correcting these details after to complete the submission. I am using the latest version of Chrome. Does the issue occur for you on chrome?

    Thanks,

No, it doesn’t occur for me on Chrome but it does on IE11.

Did you fail to enter the country and state field and try to submit the form after correcting it while on IE11?

The form will submit fine if everything is entered perfectly, but if you fail to submit the country or state field, go back and correct it, and attempt to submit it again.
