Form with acceptance is sent without being marked

  • Hi!
    I have a form of the web that I show above and even being mandatory, and without being marked, the send button is completely available and you can send the e-mail without it being obligatory to check the acceptance box

    Try switching theme to the default one (Twenty Seventeen or Twenty Nineteen) and deactivating all other plugins.
