I have a contact form with some conditional fields. The product selection field controls the display of two ‘Distributor’ fields – a selection list for each product, with different email addresses behind each selection.

The form sends to both ‘Distributor’ addresses, but since they are clear_on_hide the mails only get delivered to the selected one (i.e., one should always be blank, and one should be valid).

This was all working fine until a couple of days ago – now neither of the Distributor address appear to be correctly selected into the POST, and I get ‘you tried to send an unaddressed email’ errors.

I’ve tested my SMTP mailer, and adding a fixed address to the form – that all works, so it would seem to be a problem with the conditional stuff.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Actually, reading other responses – it looks like the “CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension” plugin might be the culprit.

To make sure it’s a conflict between both plugins, have you tried disabling smart grid and verified the form is working without it?

Yes indeed, with the grid plugin disabled, my form works as expected ??

I’ll mark this as resolved for now, as the problem seems to reside in the Smart grid plugin.
