Form With Payment Options & Paypal

I am looking to do the same thing. There does not seem to be an obvious place to add a URL for a redirect when the form is completed.

I found an article that instructs on how to redirect after a successful form is submitted. I am using this to redirect to the PayPal page that the client wants to direct her visitors to after they fill out the form.
