Form with restrictions

  • Hello I need a form with restriction. I want to make a form for sign in to some activity, that is simple but I want to make that only ten people can apply to activity. When is 10 people sing in the form must say activity is full.
    I hope that is my explain reasonable.

    Is there some plug in form that enables that?
