Form won’t display on mobile

    Straight out of the box the app seemed great but as soon as I tried to show the page to my client, I found out the forms aren’t loading on mobile at all, just a title. After Googling, I’m not the first to have this issue. Back to the drawing board… off to find another form app. I was really hoping, it looked like it was going to be great.

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    The form not showing in a specific device can indicate a conflict, for example, due to an optimization plugin the Forminator scripts are not running as expected.

    I am afraid I don’t see any support topic started from your end in the Forminator support ticket.

    Wouldn’t you mind please creating a support ticket and we can take a closer look at why it isn’t loading in mobile and hopefully to convert it into a 5 starts experience?
