I am using the “Bridge” parent theme with the 417th demo template “Dentist Office”. I have finished creating a donation form (using the GiveWP plugin) that I customized for my non-profit charity and used Elemontor to add it to my WordPress page through the use of a button (the user would click the “donate” button on my page and be brought directly to the donation form). However, when the user is brought to this page the form tries to load, there is a loading circle that appears, but after a few second the circle disappears and there is no form on the page. Just a blank background. I am not sure if this plugin simply is incompatible with my theme or if there is some kind of setting I have to disable, any help would be appreciated!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @victoriademuysere,

    Happy to help.

The Multi-Step and Classic form templates load via an iframe and the iframe URL can break if you use default permalinks.

One quick way to see if that is the problem is to switch your form to the Legacy form template. If you can see the form, then you know the problem is the permalink settings.
You can use any other permalink structure besides the default one. The “Day and Name” or “Post name” are the most popular ones.
