    Hello, I have an issue to which i’m sure is very easy to correct it.
    I added 3 different gift cards, but the product page does not show the client a form to fill with the person’s information. Only an input for message. Can you help?

    The gift cards have to be virtual to display the forms on the product page.

    Great, that worked perfectly. Thanks.

    I am trying to translate with Poedit some messages, but some of them stays in english, even if I have translated it. All of them are labels inside a form.

    Hi there,

    We recommend our custommers to use a plugin like WPML or Loco Translate to make this kind of things.

    We have already .po & .mo files in the plugin based on our .pot, but with this plugins you don’t need to work with our plugin files.

    Same issue. I have installed Loco Translate and I even saw my own translation there, but the URL keeps using the EN version inside the labels.

    Hi there,

    Ok, then you have to follow these steps:

    -Copy the file called “gift-card-details.php” located in:

    wp-content\plugins\yith-woocommerce-gift-cards\templates\yith-gift-cards\gift-card-details.php

    -Paste it in:
    wp-content\themes\your_active_theme\woocommerce\yith-gift-cards\

    Make sure to paste it in your active theme, and also, if the folders “woocommcerce” or “yith-gift-cards” don’t exist, you need to create them.

    -Modify lines 30 and 36 where the strings you want to change are located.

    After all of this, the placeholder should be the ones that you have written there.

    Hi Gabriela,
    thanks for your reply!

    In order to achieve what you need, go to YITH Gift Cards > General > and disable “Enable the images gallery”

    By disabling that option, you will no longer see the option to choose a picture.
