    Hi,

    Thanks for your post.

    Please switch your theme to one of the default themes provided by WordPress then try it out again.

    Let me know what the result is.

    Hi Alex, it was working before and then it stopped. I found the theme in popular on wordpress. Are my only options for themes twenty fourteen, twenty thirteen, and twenty twelve?

    It should work well on your theme. I am just trying to find out if it’s due your theme or it’s a bug within the plugin.

    So.. Does it work well with the default WP themes?

    I’m just trying to troubleshoot it.
    Thanks
    Alex

    Does your theme include a custom CSS section? if so.. please add this

    #mc_embed_signup{z-index:-1};

    Let me know if that worked.

    Thanks

    I don’t believe Arcade includes a custom CSS section, I tried adding #mc_embed_signup{z-index:-1}; to the style sheet to see if it would work and also adding custom css in a page to and neither worked. Also thank you for being so responsive!

    try it by using the “important” attribute.

    #mc_embed_signup{z-index: -1 !important};

    Let me know

    We’ve just uploaded a new version that includes a custom CSS box. You will be able to past your own CSS coding there.

    Let me know if that helps a few.

    I’m going to sleep now.
    Good night ??

    Thank you for all of your help so far, #mc_embed_signup{z-index:-1}; in the new custom css area didn’t work. I am beginning to have other issues with links not clicking on other pages. So in other words I’m guessing it’s not you, it’s me and I am going to change themes most likely or figure out how I broke this one.

    No problem,

    Try this out #mc_embed_signup{z-index: -1 !important};

    Let me know
    Thanks

    That didn’t work either.

    Ok,
    I’m 100% sure that the div “mc_embed_signup” is the issue. I added the z-index manually by using firebug and it worked perfect. It would be great if you could edit the theme’s stylesheet and add it directly. That should work

    Hi Alex,

    I tried that and it didn’t work. I think I broke the code for the theme in a non related plugin. I have switched themes and it is now working perfectly. Thank you for all of your help!
