Form works sporadically

  • I’ve used this terrific form plugin many times, but I’m having some very strange issues with it on a site hosted at GoDaddy. I mention GoDaddy because I’ve read your “how to” articles about dealing with forms hosted at GoDaddy.

    The strange thing is that the owners of the site NEVER get any message sent from the contact form, but if I change the email to have messages sent to ME (and I have a completely different email and domain) it works!

    What are we missing here? I’ve set the form up a hundred times and I’m quite certain I’ve done it correctly this time as well.

    Any instructions on what else to do would be hugely appreciated. (for now, I’ve removed the form altogether so they don’t risk missing out on emails from customers)

    That tells me that there is a problem on their e-mail account. Are they using a domain e-mail address or is it a Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or other? Is the e-mails landing in the spam box?
