Form would not span page width

So I used the template that came with formality in WordPress Oxygen builder. I used a shortcode element and gave it 100% width. The form would not span the entire width of the page. Here is a screenshot showing the issue. Notice that the steps (1-2) are above as opposed to the right of the form.
