Form + Zoho Mail

  • My form is processed by ZohoMail plugin. He works fine with text, email, data, phone fields but when I attached files he stops, none data is sent and an error message saying “an error occurred try again later “

    I don’t know about the “ZohoMail plugin”. Is it able to process file attachments?

    I cited Zoho Mail because this is my SMTP. With him, the only problem is that the files attached aren’t sent. But I can’t understand what is wrong. I tried various permission settings in the wpcf7_uploads directory without success. Could you give me some guidance what should I try to fix the issue? I’m not expert and I confess that I ‘m not understood clearly the steps suggested like “change path directory” and other suggestions read in various places

    Why don’t you ask the author of the plugin if it supports file attachments?
