Format Error in Quizzes ( SENSEI LMS)

    Hi, I’m using the Sensei LMS plugin for the first time, and I need help, please ??
    I have the quiz page, but everything appears very disorganized.

    • On the right side of the question, a ‘1’ appears, and I need to remove it.
    • The questions are automatically numbered, and I need to disable that. I just want the questions to appear without numbering.
    • I tried adding some CSS to fix this, but it didn’t work. If anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it ??
    • I already checked in: Sensei LMS > Appearance > Customize Theme, but the quiz doesn’t show up.
    • Another problem is that, in some questions, some of the answer options have form items that appear deformed (oval-shaped).

    For the questions in a Sensei Quiz, they are displayed in an ordered list and we don’t have an option to hide the numbers.

    As for the issue with the deformed shape, could you provide us with a screenshot?
