    I just uploaded and implemented it through the plugins page. Do you think the theme might have changed it?

    I don’t know what causes this, but there’s tons of empty link tags in the author box plugin, and they’re certainly not generated by our plugin. You can try deactivating other plugins and testing the site with WordPress default theme to see if that helps.
