Format issues; text alignment, adding buttons, etc

I have a couple issues I hope you could solve for the webpage https://www.insulatetosave.com/insulating-in-the-summer-season/ We would primarily be using this as a landing page for Google and FB ads, and are displaying the contact form via the plug-in WP Contact Slider.

1) We were wondering if its possible to make phone number text we can make clickable so they can call us, and “Contact us” clickable so they can email us, for mobile devices.

2) Can the alignment of the text be changed to “justified”?

3) The client would like to change some of the color, size, and format of the text (bold italic, underlined). How would i accomplish this?
