    Hello,

Just discovered this, seems great, congrats.
    I have a few questions.

    1. Is there any limit of user imports ? (i mean can i import 100k users with one CSV?)
    2. Can you please provide an example of CSV for the users (headers, a model something)
    3. Is the PRO version one time payment ?

    Regards,
    John

    Hi Johnny,

    Thanks for your Appreciation!

    1. There are no limits for the number of users you can have in a CSV.
    2. You can get the Sample here. You can find other CSV samples here.
    3. Yes, The PRO version is a one time payment with Lifetime Support and Lifetime Upgrade.

    Hi,

Thank you for the quick answer, 2 more questions ??

Can i skip certain fields when i import the users CSV ?
for example all i care is NICKNAME / PASSWORD / MAIL / FIRST & LAST NAME and ROLE (if this is mandatory).

Is simple as putting the header names in excel then the data down below the heards save -> import ? (does this affect my original DB in any way?)

I will buy the PRO version ASAP if my tests are ok.

Q1 – Can i skip certain fields when i import the users CSV ?
for example all i care is NICKNAME / PASSWORD / MAIL / FIRST & LAST NAME and ROLE (if this is mandatory).

A1 – Only the fields you map in the Mapping sections will be imported / updated into your wordpress database. If you don’t want to use some fields that are available in the CSV, don’t map them to the WordPress User data field.

Q2 – Is simple as putting the header names in excel then the data down below the heards save -> import ? (does this affect my original DB in any way?)

A2 – What do you mean by the Original DB, Do you mean the Excel file, we don’t do any changes to the original file when importing. If you refer to the WordPress DB , then yes, we do update / import data based on your mapping.

    Hope this helps.

Hi, i’m back as promised everything is working like a charm, at least for now except the Export function of the plugin, after waiting for a couple of seconds, the “download” button appears, but when i click it site redirects to https://www.sitename.com/error/403.html/

    Any ideeas ?

    Hi,

Kindly rename or remove the smack-uci-uploads folder under wp-content/uploads/ and then try with the export. This will resolve your issue.

Tried this and the download link simply dies. I could find the file using ftp.
