Format of the CSV files

Not sure about your question but:

• Well formed CSV can be done using LibreOffice
• Columns you must fill: read the docuemtation tab inside the plugin

Tools Importer NOT Working. I have no problem importing my CSV files from Open Office to any other plugin? I only have one column with em data.

How do I fix??

Please read the documentation. You need at least two columns: username and email.
