Format Page to scroll horizontally

My blog is at https://uponamidnightdreary.com I’m trying to create a new page which will have pictures of artwork and the name of the artist underneath. Each picture has a link. I would like this page to scroll from left to right instead of top to bottom. Is this possible? Thanks!
