Format Toolbar Missing on Pages and Posts

  • Gone to add new page and noticed that the toolbar to do all formatting is completely missing

    Also checked several other WP sites of mine (the are all v new – just getting started in development) and the same is true

    Searched google where I found this site and have…

    1 – Deactivated all plugins
    2 – Changed theme back to twenty eleven

    Result is nothing changed

    Now at a loss as to what to do and why this has happened!?!?!?!
