Formats button now showing many more custom CSS classes from plugin

I recently upgraded my theme which stated that the custom styles had been moved to the ‘Customizer’>Additional CSS area, due to changes with WordPress. That is fine, but now when I use the Formats Dropdown menu, I am seeing many more custom CSS classes drawing from external plugins that I don’t want my users to see.

I have had a look at the Advanced Configuration plugin but can’t seem to see an easy answer to this. If I move my styles to another sheet, it may work, but I’m not sure then if I update the ‘Additional CSS’ column whether this will update the format?
