Hi, when I use the set-up tab and the standard shortcode, the review block doesn’t display in the same format as the plug-in preview. I’ve selected three columns dark background but formatting on my theme looks terrible.

My theme is NEVE and it only seems to display the standard shortcode and not the custom shortcodes.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@gojumksam Just checking the page quickly – please avoid the “Dark” themes as it will appear with white text on a white background. Also, avoid using <pre> to enclose your shortcode as this will destroy the layout.

@gojumksam If there is visual theme editing, please avoid anything relating to “code”. Look for “shortcode”, “HTML” or “Raw HTML Excerpt” or similar. Using the “code” block will place the reviews in a preformatted, fixed-width layout.

Thanks, yes it works fine with an HTML block! Is there an easy way to exclude the header and address?

@gojumksam Yes, please use the summary parameter for this:

    [reviews_rating summary="reviews, rating, count"]

There is a full list of parameters in the Shortcodes tab. You may also use:

    [reviews_rating icon=false heading=false vicinity=false]

…to achieve the same effect. If you want to take out the entire summary section, just use this:

    [reviews_rating summary=false]
