Formatting and plugin not working

@weborchard – Using a real URL versus an example URL will make it much easier to help troubleshoot the problem … generally these issues will be rooted in either the server / site environment of the current theme.

@photocrati – Thanks for the reply, how will a real url make it easier, https://www.herbreastfriends.org.uk/http:/www.herbreastfriends.org.uk/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ajax/static/ajax.min.js?ver=2.1.50 it will still 404 and its not a question of whether the file is or isn’t on the server, they are. Remove the first “https://www.herbreastfriends.org.uk/” and the file is on the server. The question is why after updating your plugin is it trying to find the plugin css and js with ”https://www.thisistheurl.org.uk/http:/www.thisistheurl.org.uk” at the beginning of each url path? See this screenshot, https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5069478/404-errors.jpg. The server / site environment hasn’t changed, the site is live. The only change has been updating your plugin.

@weborchard – The real domain URL allows me to see the theme you are using which is also the likely cause of the issue at hand due to one of the options it allows you to implement.

I would recommend turning off the “relative URL” option the Roots/Sage theme offers as it has been known to cause issues for NextGEN Gallery (and possibly other plugins).

@weborchard – We have tried to make allowances for the current “Sage” based themes but we are also seeing it is easiest to disable that feature set in the theme as the most successful solution at this time.
