Formatting Contact 7 form layout

My Jarvis Theme came with Contact Form 7. When I set up the contact page it had a CF7 default Shortcode – [contact-form-7 id=”177″ title=”Contact form 1″] already on the page. The form that appeared on the site was nicely formatted into two columns with a column-wide submit button at the bottom. However, that form did not exist inside CF7 settings and it did not send e-mails. When I created a new form ([contact-form-7 id=”408″ title=”Contact form 1″]) it sent the e-mail but was formatted page wide one column with a tiny submit button. How do I format the “408” form back to that nice two column layout ([contact-form-7 id=”177″ title=”Contact form 1″]
