I am currently building a timeline on my website. First of all: thanks for your great tool!

But now I wonder if there’s a possibility to style (in my special case, use lists or at least HTML) in the timeline item description. For example, in the first part of a workshop (that’s what I am using the timeline for) there are several things to prepare – a bullet list would be appreciated. The thing is that I am able to use asterisks or other symbols, but there is no text-indent afterward.

Is there any trick I am missing?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello @dasinnerevombroetchen,

Thank you for your feedback on the plugin.

Unfortunately, real HTML is not supported in the current version of Gutentor. The description block is text-based and can only be wrapped inside a tag (the default is p, but this can be changed to a heading or other tags). The available options include color, typography, margin, and padding, which can be found under General => Block Items => Styles => Item Description.

You can apply text-related options like bold, italic, and breaking the text into new lines, but embedding real HTML is not possible.

    Best regards!

    Hey!

    Sorry for the delay.

Thanks for your feedback. It’s a bit disappointing, but no deal breaker.
(That said: it would be nice if this feature would make it to the plugin someday ?? )

    Thanks for your great work!
