Formatting fine on localhost but vanished on live site…

Hi,
I installed this on my MAMP localhost and it worked perfectly. After uploading to live site there is no formatting in the shortcode areas of the site but everything else looks fine, as per on my localhost. I’ve tried activating/deactivating other plugins, the compatibility mode and reinstalling shortcode ultimate. Any ideas whats causing it?
