Formatting issues on published site but not in WordPress

Hello,
We noticed a couple of weeks ago that there is a new undesired white space between the blog image and and the headline/intro text on our published site (see womenwhofast.com/home/blog).
Inside of WordPress and in the Astra theme development environment, everything looks exactly right. We have tried inserting CSS in Astra but nothing changed. (Again, everything looks great inside of WordPress.) Do you have any suggestions? Thank you so much!
