• Hi there. I am testing your plugin on my dev server before I buy, it is really helpful but there is an issue on the shop archive generated specifically from the plugin, plus a question.

    Display Issue>>
    After a filter is chosen or a page 2 or 3 etc. on pagination is selected, the products appear all bunched together with no gaps in the grid. If you refresh the same filtered results it is restored to how it should be. Also, I have the following custom CSS to suppress the default “Showing Results x of y”:

    .woocommerce .woocommerce-result-count{
    display:none;
    }

    When the filters or pagination are selected, the ‘Result count’ comes back and the grid has no gaps. It is as if something is overriding the theme and CSS settings once the filter has been applied. Screenshots of before and after the filter is applied demonstrate this process. I have tested all non-core plugins being deactivated and tested them one at a time. The issue presented with your plugin only.

    After Filter: https://snipboard.io/zRDEav.jpg

    Question>> Then my question is – as the free option does not give you many settings to customise look and feel, does the paid one provide that or do you have a comprehensive library of CSS suggestions to do so? I really don’t want to pay for the plug in and pay for someone to configure look and feel.

    Many thanks!

    Hello,

    With paid version it will work same.
    Please provide link for your site to check this issue.

    Thank you Oleg. Here is our dev site. No pics but you will be able to see how the grid loses its ‘gutter’ between columns on filtering and pagination. After applying the filter hit refresh and the same filtered data then presents correctly.

    Hi there, would it be possible to provide some timing guideline on feedback please?

    It is such a pity you could not come back to me on this. Invested a lot of timing learning your plugin and really wanted it to work. Now I have to start all over again.
