Formatting lost

  • Were you using a child-theme? If you edit the theme directly without first making a child theme you most likely will lose all those changes when you do a theme update. The reason for this is that during a theme update all the files you change get changed to the new ones and they don’t keep your changes.

    Look into creating a child theme or look for a custom css plugin that will allow you to write custom css outside of the theme you use.

    You have a js error with the carousel plugin, what formatting did you lose exactly?
