Formatting lost on refresh

Hi,
I’ve just updated to the latest version of the plugin and now on the widget the formatting of my quotes is lost after the first refresh. Is there anything to do to fix this?
Here’s my site: https://blueprintreview.co.uk (see Haiku Reviews in the sidebar. All of the quotes should be on 4 lines, but after the first one they merge into one line.
