Formatting not being displayed

I’m having an issue with various formatting of the testimonial not showing up on a grid display when automatic excerpt is selected. It displays as intended with entire content selected.
So bold, paragraph, italics, colors, etc. don’t get displayed if automatic excerpt is selected but works fine with entire content selected.
