Formatting on site overridden after Welcome Mat activated

  • Welcome mat issue: After the welcome mat is set up and active, when the welcome mat is closed on the live site, the formatting in the body of the page is thrown out of whack for both font size (which is reduced to 10px from 18px) and the Search box is much wider. I could see that body styling with “font-size: 10px;” inherited from body.single.single-mf_mat.postid… appears to override body styling with “font-size: 18px;”

    This happened in the browsers Google Chrome (v.53) and Safari (v.10) for Mac.

    Hi Bas! Thanks for your reply. My site is pamwinters.com and uses Modern Portfolio Pro by StudioPress (as well as Themify Builder, if that helps!). Appreciate your help in resolving, as I really want to try out your Welcome Mat.

    Thanks. I was more referring to which template you choose for the welcome mat ( there are a bunch ) ?? . I’ll see what I can find .

    I’ll take a look at it. We are very busy creating a 1.0 release where a lot of issues will be solved. I’ll try to see if I can fix this before that.
