formatting problem in F8 Static

    I have a format issue that I can’t seem to resolve.

    I have tried “none”, “left”, “right’ and “center” for the image. I have also tried doing Paragraph Return a number of times in order to push the “independent” paragraphs below the image but it does not accept these Returns.

    Is there a way to present this information a little more elegantly?
