Formatting problem in field “Additional information”

In the “Additional information” field, I have text with styles.
If you go to the page: “https://solaris.marcelpenders.nl/mensen/” and use the password “Kijker Solaris”, you will see the “Additional information” field as desired.
But if you then choose for a city, you will see the “Additional Information” field in plain text without the styling.
And if you refresh the page, you see the “Additional Information” field as desired.
It’s not because of the browser. I use Brave and Firefox.
I have PHP 8.2, wordpress 6.2.2, theme Astra, Plugin Contact List Version 2.9.72 and shortcut [contact_list hide_search=1].
Is this a known problem and what can I do to fix it?
