Formatting stripped on CSS to specific pages.

When a page is saved, the format is stripped from the custom CSS, leaving it as a single line. This does not interfere with the implementation of the CSS but it does make reviewing and editing the CSS more difficult.
The site wide CSS keeps the formatting.
I have not tried CSS on posts.
