• Great plugin, thank you for creating it????!

One thing, however… I’m noticing that the appearance of posts on LinkedIn have a lot of white space between paragraphs. Even paragraphs that do not have images between them.

I have tried all of the available options:
    – Simple Text Message
    – Attach Your Blog Post
    – Text Message With Image

Please advise. I would very much like to send a tightly formatted output to LinkedIn.

  • To mitigate this problem, we recommend using Shift+Enter to add a new line, as this will prevent the creation of additional blocks that may lead to spacing issues.

Please be advised that we are actively working on an update for WP to LinkedIn Auto Publish to address this matter. However, due to concurrent API updates, the release may take a couple of weeks.

If you require early access or wish to receive a fix for this issue promptly, please feel free to reach out to our support desk.

    Thank you

Initially I accepted your answer and gave it a try.
Unfortunately it is not a viable solution.

The majority of my posts are written using the Jetpack App for mobile.

There is no “Shift + Enter” in the JetPack App (holding Shift + Return always begins a new ‘Paragraph Block’)
    .
I tried using a ‘Pre-formatted Text Block’, but this works only for text contained within a single ‘Pre-formatted Text Block’ – once an author uses another block (like an image) LinkedIn receives large empty lines of ‘negative space’.

As a result, I’m await your future update for ‘WP to LinkedIn Auto Post’ in great anticipation.

I really appreciate your work and your plugin. Thanks for all you do with this project.

    Hello @xizor ,
We released an update for the WP to LinkedIn Auto Post plugin last week.
Please update the plugin and let us know if you encounter any issues.
Thank you for your continued support and feedback!

    Regards,
    Anjali
