formatting the lists

  • is there a way to set this up so that posts are presented in a manner that matches the following:

    Wonderful Article by Evan. 01/05/2014
    tags: non-fiction, dogs, umbrellas, waterfalls

    Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated as I love the customization options in this plug-in and would really like to be able to use it.
