A very useful facility in Formidable is the ability to download batches of data in CSV and XML format, although this may need work, since downloads done by the reviewer, today 16 January, are missing latest form entries entered during the week. If this limitation is a feature of the free plugin, then, frankly it has been rendered useless to anyone other that paid up users. The point is, perhaps this should have been clearly stated in the promotional material. Had I known, then no time would have been wasted in designing a system of data reaping and presentation. If this is not the case, then there is a bug in the CSV download facility.

  • Hi @zimbandrew,

There is no limit on the number of entries you can export to CSV/XML in Formidable Lite, so it sounds like this issue was caused by a problem with your configuration or perhaps a bug.

Please submit a new support ticket including all the details of the problem you encountered with your export file and our team will be happy to investigate further.

    Thanks!

Vannesa… thank you, that is a great relief to know the problem is not a ‘Lite’ limitation.

I need to experiment a little with this. I attempted deleting rows of old data to see if it would budge. No go, the last several entries were still simply missing from the CSV download. The downloaded list stops at 180 rows (header inclusive).

I have an uncanny feeling that this may have something to do with the fact that previous download files are cashed, and utilised. I am going to delete previous downloads and clear the cashe and try once more – holding crossed fingers!

Good luck @zimbandrew! Feel free to submit a support ticket if you find that it doesn’t resolve the issue for you.
