Formidable intergration with theme

Hello,

I have a project with a real estate theme that has a very limited submit listings form, so I decided to try formidable forms to use as a submit listings form, however all the fields outside of title and description are not registered/show by the theme’s listings detail page or user dashboard. I’ve already asked the theme developer, but got no response so I was wondering if there is some code I need to add somewhere (maybe the theme’s functions.php) to register formidable forms so it will work with the theme. I am NOT a coder, but I can edit files given instructions. Any help will be MUCH appreciated. Thank you
