Formination not posting to Trello

    Hello, I created a new form and interested it to Trello, after every submission no card is created in my board list. Please what do I do how do I fix this issue?

    Would you be able to export the form for us so we can test that on our end and see what may be causing the issue?

    After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com

    Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

    Please also let us know if you see any error messages when the issue happens.

    Hello @pawel, thank you for the feedback.

    I was able to resolve the issue by deactivating and reconnecting the Trello app. Thank you once again.
