Forminator and Active Campaign

Hi,

I already integrate forminator plugin and Active campaign platform via the plugin options (API).

When someone complete a form in my website it automatically add him as subscriber in Active campaign. This works properly.

The problem arise when i create a campaign with auto responder in platform. The subscribers do not receive the welcome email.

I contact Active Campaign support and they mentioned this:

`As I’ve mentioned, if the autoresponder is not being sent after the form is submitted and the contact being added from an external API, this likely means that the API call you are doing (or the API integration you are using) is not sending the parameter Instaresponders[123] as 1. In order to fix it, you will need to check in your integration to send this information as 1.

In this case, you would need to contact the responsible for developing this plugin in order to check if this information is being sent as 1 and if it’s not, it will need to be changed.`
