[NSFW] Forminator can’t save draft and publish

If you can’t save draft form or publish it, this is more likely to be some plugin or theme conflicting on your site. I suggest to perform the following tests in order to find the plugin or theme causing this.

Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.

Sir i tried everything written in the flowchart and the conflict test but while doing conflict test i see that after deactivated all the plugins only i on the forminator plugin still i have the same error and i change my theme to twenty twenty one

Could you please enable WP_DEBUG as shown here:

Then try to replicate the error once more, by saving/publishing a form.
By doing so, a debug.log file should be created in the /wp-content directory of your server. Please extract any sensitive info from it and upload it to a service like Pastebin/Dropbox and share a public link here with us.
