My form database is only storing my team’s form tests in the database (6 submissions since January) despite receiving regular form submissions daily from website visitors. The form is set to retain submissions and store them forever. The privacy settings are also set to retain submissions forever. The site is built in WordPress/Oxygen. Here’s a link to the exported form via pastebin: https://pastebin.com/b1gHeEy2

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @meldmarketing,

Hope this message finds you well.

After importing your form, I was not able to replicate the issue, my colleagues submitted some tests and it worked as expected:

Could you duplicate the form and add it to a test page on your site so we can perform some tests there?

    Let us know your comments.

    Best results,
    Laura

    Hi Laura,

Yes, here’s the duplicated form on a test page: https://ironandmetals.com/test/.
I was able to see your submission stored in the database, but no others besides a few of our internal tests on Jan 21 and Feb 29. We test it monthly and users submit forms almost every day, so a significant amount of submissions are missing.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @meldmarketing

I hope you are doing well today.

Just to be on the same page:

despite receiving regular form submissions daily from website visitors

We test it monthly and users submit forms almost every day, so a significant amount of submissions are missing.

You cannot see those submissions in the database and in Forminator -> Submissions, but you’re receiving email notifications about those submissions?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

That’s correct. I receive daily emails with the form submissions, but they aren’t being stored in the Forminator submissions database.

    Hi @meldmarketing,

    Thanks for the clarification.

Could you edit the form navigate to the Settings tab and make sure Data Storage is enabled?

    If it is please:

    – Disable and save
    – Enable and save

If it is not, please enable it and let us know the results.

    Best regards,
    Laura
