I need help from you. When I add a Forminator form to my Elementor popup, the form’s styling gets messed up. The buttons and the other text that is supposed to be there becomes duplicated. Currently, I’m using the free version of Forminator, but I’m considering buying a membership. However, if the free version isn’t working correctly, I’m concerned that even the paid version might have the same issue.

I want to avoid this error. Can you please resolve this issue for me? Additionally, I need another help. I want my form to be visible only to logged-in users. If a new visitor comes to my website and tries to fill out the form, I want them to be redirected to the login page.

Lastly, if I use the Forminator Pro plugin, I want the membership details to be shown on the WooCommerce “My Account” page when a user buys a membership. Could you please provide me with guidance on these matters?

    Hi @heyyali,

Possible to also share the form export so that we could have a better idea regarding the issue noticed within the popup?

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

I want my form to be visible only to logged-in users. If a new visitor comes to my website and tries to fill out the form, I want them to be redirected to the login page.

You can find the “Enable logged in submission only” option when you edit the form under the “Behavior” tab > Security which should allow only logged-in users to submit the form.

Please check & see whether the above fits.

I’m afraid there isn’t any such feature. I suppose you want to display the data in parts in specific sections?

We do have plans to implement a feature to display the submitted data in the frontend but at the moment there isn’t any ETA we could provide.

I’m afraid it’ll require custom code to display the data inside a content. You can refer to the following doc for more info if you are looking to implement via custom coding:

Sure, I’m attaching a Google Drive link here that contains the export file of my form. You can take a look at it. Also, what I want is that if a new user tries to fill out the form, they should be redirected to the login page.

    Hi @heyyali,

Hope this message finds you well and thanks for the update.

After checking the form I was not able to reproduce the issue, I test it using Elementor + Hello Elementor theme, using the small width as possible but this was the result:

    https://prnt.sc/HJlItjJp7wXF

It seems there is a style conflict, would it be possible that you to duplicate the form, remove any sensitive information and publish it on a test page so we can take a look at it?

Also, what I want is that if a new user tries to fill out the form, they should be redirected to the login page.

As Nithin explained here, currently Forminator does not have such a feature, it does only hide the form for non-logged users. Still, I will pass this as a feature request to our developers and they evaluate if it can be implemented in the future.

    Kind regards,
    Laura
