Forminator – Downloading Blank Form

    Hi,

    I have a form with 10 submissions. When I export I get a blank CSV file with the characters ?a? in the A1 field.

    Not sure how to solve this issue, any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @dee987,

    Could you please check whether you have the correct Form Type selected as shown in the following screenshot under Forminator > Submissions page:

    We have noticed anomalies in such cases, so we want to ensure if the above isn’t the case.

    Hi,

    That was precisely the issue. The drop-down was blank even though the data for the form was displayed on the page.
